Refund Request Window: Customers may request a refund within 24 hours of their purchase from Gyankamao, only if GK ID has not been generated.


1. Mis-selling Condition

Refund is applicable only if the customer has genuinely suffered due to mis-selling of the product or service.

 

2. Official Payment Only

Payment must be made through the company’s official channel (QR/Account).
Payments made to individuals are not eligible.

 

3. 24-Hour Time Limit

Refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of joining/registration.
Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.

 

4.Verification Required

Customer must complete all required verifications (KYC/documents if asked).

 

5. Processing Time

Refund will be processed within 7 working days after successful verification.

 

No Refunds After 24 Hours: Refunds are not available for purchases made beyond 24 hours, whether the package was bought directly from the Gyankamao website or via an affiliate link. This policy applies to all customers.

 

Upgraded Packages: If you have upgraded your package with Gyankamao, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

 

Refund Deductions: In the event of a refund, a 2% payment gateway fee and a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount paid.
